FERN CABIN RATES

·         UP TO 2 PERSONS - $775.00 PLUS 5  % TAX

·         UP TO 4 PERSONS - $875.00 PLUS TAX

·         UP TO 6 PERSONS - $975.00 PLUS TAX

RATES ARE LESS 20% AFTER LABOR DAY FOR FULL WEEKS.

DAILY AND SEASONAL RATES CAN BE DISCUSSED.

To reserve, please send a deposit of one half of your total rental for each week that you are renting.  This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE, UNLESS THE COTTAGE CAN BE RE-RENTED.  Checks may be made out to Marianne A. Murphy.

The rental week begins on Saturday at 3:00 P.M. and ends the following Saturday at 10:00 A.M.  Sheets and towels may be picked as early as 9A.M.
